On November 27, President of Mongolia University of Finance and Economics Bin Menghebayaer visited our college. At 10 in the morning, the two sides held an exchange symposium on cooperation matters. The meeting was presided over by the vice president of the college, Namujilaqiren. The president of the College, Yang Fuyou, leaders from the International Exchange Center, School of Grassland Ecology and Animal Husbandry and Veterinary, School of Economics and Management, School of Information and Tian’ma Traveling Agency participated in the meeting.
At the meeting, President Yang Fuyou introduced the basic situation of the college and its cooperation and exchange with Mongolia in recent years to the President of Mongolia University of Finance and Economics. President Yang said that since the signing of the cooperation agreement between Xilingol Vocational College and Mongolia University of Finance and Economics in 2015, Xilingol Vocational College and Mongolia University of Finance and Economics have carried out active and effective cooperation in short-term training, teacher-student exchanges, scientific research and other aspects, and can try to cooperate in curriculum construction and other aspects. It is hoped that the two sides will further push forward the implementation of the content of cooperation, expand areas of cooperation, improve cooperation mechanisms, give full play to their respective advantages and achieve common development on the basis of the existing ones.
Subsequently, President of the University of Finance and Economics of Mongolia introduced the basic situation. He said that the two sides have the same intention and concept of cooperation. Their main cooperation object in the field of regional cooperation is China, so the cultivation of Mongolian and Chinese bilingual or multilingual talents is an important link. In the future, based on the strategic intention of both sides, a platform for cooperation and communication will be built to realize resource sharing and better serve the education work of the two sides.
At 9:30 a.m. on the 28th, President Yang Fuyou held in-depth talks with President Bin Menghebayaer on short-term training, teacher-student exchange, curriculum co-construction, nomadic culture research and "3+2" promotion project, and drafted five cooperation agreements.
The in-depth cooperation between our college and Mongolia University of Finance and Economics will provide an important platform for both sides to improve the quality of talent training and promote practical cooperation.
